Schedule for poster display<\/h3>\n

  • Posters will be on display from Saturday, June 16 (09:30 hrs) <\/strong>to Monday, June 18 (17:45 hrs).<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Poster mounting <\/strong>will be done\u00a0from Saturday, June 16 onwards (09:30 hrs)<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Removal <\/strong>will be done\u00a0on Monday, June 18\u00a0<\/strong>in the afternoon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Times for Poster Viewing with authors<\/h3>\n

    Each poster topic will be discussed in 4 groups:<\/p>\n

    Poster Group A<\/strong>: 10.15-11.15 hrs on Sunday, June 17 for posters with board numbers ending with \u201cA\u201d (e.g. P01.01A)
    \nPoster Group B<\/strong>: 16.45-17.45 hrs on Sunday, June 17 for posters with board numbers ending with \u201cB\u201d (e.g. P01.01B)
    \nPoster Group C<\/strong>: 10.15-11.15 hrs on Monday, June 18\u00a0for posters with board numbers ending with \u201cC\u201d (e.g. P01.01C)
    \nPoster Group D<\/strong>: 16.45-17.45 hrs on Monday, June 18\u00a0for posters with board numbers ending with \u201cD\u201d (e.g. P01.01D)<\/p>\n

    Should\u00a0\u00a0it not be possible for one of the authors\u00a0to be present during the times above, they are encouraged to\u00a0leave a note on their\u00a0poster board detailing the times of their presence\u00a0at the board.<\/p>\n

    Due to EACCME regulations, authors are requested to disclose possible conflicts of interest<\/strong> on the poster.<\/p>\n

    Poster Award Candidates<\/h3>\n

    The ESHG proposes the ESHG Poster Awards for the best posters presented by Young Investigators at the meeting. The two winners (one in clinical, the other in basic research) will receive a prize money of EUR 500, a complementary ESHG online membership for one year as well as a free particpation in next year’s conference.<\/p>\n

    The five honorable mentions receive a complementary ESHG online membership for one year.<\/p>\n

    The ESHG Scientific Programme Committee has selected a number of candidates for the ESHG Poster Award based on the score of their submission after peer review. Candidate posters can be identified by a rosette on the board.<\/p>\n

    E-Posters<\/h3>\n

    For the third time, a number of posters will be presented as e-Posters at 20 e-Poster stations on the balcony. The list of available posters can be viewed on any of these screens. From there, each e-Poster can be selected for viewing. Use the zoom-in, zoom-out function to focus on specific parts of the e-Posters and the navigation icons to browse though the multiple slide posters.<\/p>\n
